1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using apolloreplica.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Products and Pricing

Apollo Replica sells handcrafted Apollo DSKY replicas and related accessories. Each unit is individually assembled and tested by hand. Due to the artisanal nature of our products:

• The DSKY replica starts at and varies slightly depending on the configuration and options selected.
• All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) as a single global price. For customers in the European Union, the price is inclusive of VAT, applied at the rate of the destination country (via our OSS registration). For customers outside the EU, the order is treated as an export exempt from EU VAT; any import duties, taxes, or customs fees at destination are the responsibility of the buyer.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.
• Product images are representative. Minor variations in finish, color, and component placement are inherent to handcrafted items and do not constitute defects.
• Each DSKY takes about 3 business days to build. The total wait until your unit ships depends on how many orders are already in the production queue ahead of yours. The live estimate and your future queue position are shown on the product and cart pages before you place your order.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through apolloreplica.com:

• Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we begin production of your unit.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
• Full payment is required at the time of order. For high-value configurations, we may offer split payment arrangements upon request.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from the European Union. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout. Please note:

• Production lead time (dependent on queue position, shown on the product and cart pages) is separate from shipping transit time. Typical transit time is 3-7 business days within the EU and 5-15 business days for international destinations, counted from the day of dispatch.
• Shipping is free worldwide. The estimated delivery window for your destination is shown at checkout.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We package all units with extensive protective materials given the high value and delicate nature of the products.
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees for shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.
• We will provide tracking information once your order has been shipped.

5. Returns and Refunds

We respect your consumer rights under EU law:

• Right of withdrawal: In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email before the withdrawal period expires.
• Return conditions: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Due to the handcrafted nature and high value of our products, items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may be subject to a reduced refund.
• Return shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered. Given the value of the products, we require insured and tracked shipping for all returns.
• Refund processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Stripe processing times may add additional days.
• Defective products: If you receive a defective unit, contact us immediately. We will arrange return shipping at our expense and either repair, replace, or refund the product at your choice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Apollo Replica provides products "as is" as handcrafted replicas of the Apollo DSKY. They are collectible and decorative items and are not certified for use in aerospace applications.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the price you paid for the product.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
• We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or government actions.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable EU consumer protection law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on apolloreplica.com, including text, images, designs, logos, and software, is the property of Apollo Replica or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our DSKY replicas are original handcrafted works inspired by the historical Apollo Guidance Computer. The open-source firmware components are licensed under their respective open-source licenses as documented in our repositories.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law of our place of establishment. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchases shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, without prejudice to your right as an EU consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
